StressLines
practical and emotional support for
charity, community, and NGO workers
In-person sessions can include a body-based exploration, if you wish. This
approach enables your brain and body to have a new kind of dialogue that cuts
through circular thinking. Especially helpful for overwhelm and burn-out.

What will happen?
This is a new project and I am still testing the waters, so all sessions are free of
charge until March 31st 2025. After that, you first session will be free of charge.
Sessions 2 & 3, make a donation (suggested £12 - £15). Further sessions, pay £20
for 45 minutes. This system will be reviewed in September 2025.
For online sessions, we’ll start by getting to know each other, seeing what problem
areas you want to address, and whether you want to work towards a particular
goal. Don’t be surprised if unexpected issues arise. There is no right or wrong
about what we focus on.
StressLines is for people working in the not-for-profit sector, even if you’ve
recently left a job or you are currently between projects. It is also for people who
are leading or supporting community projects on a voluntary basis. However,
StressLines is not aimed at volunteers within a larger organisation.
